Born and raised in Minnesota but tired of the winters, I deeply appreciate the beauty and community spirit of South Louisiana where my sweet husband, Rit, was born and raised.

How is a holistic Realtor® different?

Having a real estate agent is imperative to any home buying or selling process. But not many agents are trained in the health aspects of a home or in the health aspects of the process of buying or selling a home. In addition to training in nutrition and naturopathy, I have spent over a decade researching and educating on the effects of our everyday experiences on our physical and mental health. My passion as a Realtor® is to make the home buying and selling process optimal for mind, body, and spirit. This includes taking off as much of the stress from my clients as possible throughout the process, and utilizing our combined knowledge and resources to fully vet a home to ensure it is a healthy home for my clients who are buying a home.

What other areas are you knowledgeable in?

As a homesteader, I also specialize in finding properties with acreage, researching zoning uses and regulation, considering location factors such as proximity to environmental hazards, and knowing how to best market a property for a quicker sale. I also majored in legal studies and have experience in negotiations and family law. My experience in marketing also gives my clients the benefit of a large social media audience to market their properties they sell with me.

What a few examples of your experience?

My clients have avoided purchasing homes that would have been detrimental to our health due to our connections with knowledgeable air-quality inspectors, discovering water leaks the sellers were unaware of for example.

As another example, a home I listed sold in only five days on the market!

It’s so important to begin the process long before you’re ready! If you are buying, it’s imperative to start working with a lender who can give you steps to get the best mortgage options and preapproval If you are selling, there may be thing we work together on to ensure a speedy and successful sale.
